How can we help?
Quick fixes
- No steps showing? Open the iPhone Watch app → My Watch → Privacy → ensure Fitness Tracking is enabled. In Apple Health, verify step data exists for today.
- Permission issues? On iPhone, open Health → Privacy → Apps → Watch Steps → enable “Steps”.
- Complication not updating? Set the complication again and keep the app in the recent list. Background updates are handled by watchOS.
- Settings not syncing? Settings sync automatically between iPhone and Watch. Ensure both devices are connected (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi). Restart both devices if sync seems stuck.
- Widgets not updating? iOS widgets update periodically. Force a refresh by removing and re-adding the widget.
Features
- Complications: Circular, corner gauge, modular, and inline styles for various watch faces.
- iOS Widgets: Lock screen and home screen widgets to track progress without opening the app.
- Bidirectional Sync: Change settings on iPhone or Watch — they sync instantly to the other device.
- Custom Goals & Colors: Set your daily step goal and pick ring colors that match your style.
